How to convert Excel spreadsheets to PDF
- Tap Choose files or drag your Excel spreadsheets onto the box. You can add other files too.
- Put the files in order with the arrows and remove any you don't need.
- Pick a page size, or leave it on Automatic.
- Tap Convert to PDF, then Download PDF.
How spreadsheets are laid out
Each sheet with data becomes a table, with the sheet name as a heading when there's more than one. Wide sheets switch to landscape pages, and long tables continue across pages with clean row breaks.
Questions
Are charts and colors included?
No. The values in each cell are included; charts, colors and cell formatting are not.
Is there a size limit?
Up to 40 columns and 5,000 rows per sheet are included. Larger sheets are cut off at that point.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is converted inside your browser, so your files never leave your phone or computer. That makes it safe for IDs, contracts and bank statements.
Can I select the text in the PDF?
Pages from PDFs you add keep their text. Photos, documents, spreadsheets and text files are turned into page images, so they look the same everywhere but their text can't be selected.
